Welcome to this online public consultation in relation to a proposed residential‑led planning application at Abbotswood Ridge Neighbourhood (South) (Land At (Os 8952 4900), Abbotswood Road, Kempsey).
The site forms the southern part of Abbotswood Ridge Neighbourhood (Wychavon Town), as identified in the draft Wychavon Town Spatial Framework Supplementary Planning Document (the SPD).
Our primary focus of this consultation is to provide you with information about our top-priority objectives within the southern neighbourhood of Wychavon Town. One of our main goals is to facilitate the delivery of the Stoulton relief road (also known as the Stoulton Bypass), which will be enabled by the delivery of residential development.

We welcome your feedback on the proposals. Please note that other landowners within the Wychavon Town new settlement are conducting, or have already conducted, separate consultations relating to their own land interests. A consultation in relation to this site was also previously held in 2023, and those responses will be considered throughout the progression of the application.
You are invited to submit your comments online for the team’s consideration prior to the progression of the forthcoming planning application.
It is important to note that this exercise is entirely separate from the ongoing preparation of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review (SWDPR) and draft Wychavon Town SPD which is being prepared jointly by the South Worcestershire Councils and has already undergone extensive consultation.
